    Cute Pets! Well MadeAdorable 100% wooden pet set for miniature play. Our son loves to play with this alone or with his Hape Rocket Ship and Geometric Home sets. Each animal has a comfy spot to hangout in and has food in its own dish: a carrot, bone, and fish. Each pet is sized to fit in its own place to live: the rabbit in a hut, the dog in a doghouse, the cat in a pet bed. They are easy to toss in a bag to go... a good toy for a waiting room or restaurant.Being Hape, we can trust the quality and construction.::jk 5Missing piecesI just noticed that I did not get all the pieces to this set. I thought it was odd that the dog and rabbit had food but the cat didn't, but I just assumed that was the way the set was supposed to be. But now I am looking at the description, and realize the cat was supposed to have a fish. I am missing the fish. 3LOVE these, but second time a piece is missingI love all of the Hape doll house items, and so does my daughter and son. However, yet again, I have a set where a main piece is missing. For the animal set it is the cat, and the set had two rabbits (before it was a coffee pot, which was not important to my kids, the missing cat is). I bought about 8 sets before my daughters birthday, gave her two at the end of last month for her day, and now I cannot get any help on my missing piece because the return period is closed through Amazon. So, if you did what I did and buy a bunch of sets, and save some for later, check to see if all the pieces are there, that way you can contact Amazon for help. 5Teeny-Tiny and Terrific!We love Hape Toys and this little pet set was the perfect pick for our daughter's dollhouse. It is made of high quality wood with a durable, even paint job. The pieces are VERY small, so be careful with small children. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because the bunny ears could be improved. The material was frayed from the start which attracted our daughter to pull at them (I think she thought she was 'fixing it'). They eventually pulled out, which she was pretty upset about. Otherwise, she loves them. We plan to buy additional Hape toys for her dollhouse in the future. 4Precious, adorable little animals!For my daughters fourth birthday we bought her a dollhouse. I found a family I loved, but I have an animal loving little girl so I looked everywhere and finally landed on this set and I'm so happy I did! It is definitely higher priced than others but the quality of hape is unmatched. Hape makes the most beautiful little toys that draw you in even as an adult.They had such cute little details for ears and faces, my daughter was just enchanted the moment she opened them! She has had them for over a month now and is pretty tough on her toys and they look brand new. I imagine we will still have these around when she has outgrown her dollhouse. 5BUYER BEWARE! Items NOT as pictured.Pictures tell a thousand words so check mine out....the box is correct and shows the set of wooden pets and their houses, but once I opened the box there were just some dinosaurs (yes, you read that correctly, DINOSAURS) and two random blocks! Completely bizzare and frustrating. 1Great for kindergarten age and upI mistakingly assumed these were appropriate for toddlers, when in fact they are small and the accessories for the pets are very tiny! Not appropriate for toddler at all. These would however be great for older kids and they are adorable! My oldest child loved them. But this Hape Pet Set is definitely one of her favorite toys! Sometimes she even plays with them without the dollhouse.This set is very well made and the little details are wonderful! There is a cat, dog, and rabbit, that each have their own house/bed, food dish, and food.We even purchased the Asian family by Hape and she loves them too! 5
