These d4 dice have small triangular faces numbered 1-4 and large blank hexagonal faces. The shape is a polyhedron known as a truncated tetrahedron. In contrast to the standard d4, this shape has the numbers facing up. The blank hexagonal faces only turn up around 3 percent of the time.
