The miniature earpiece receives audio from the included induction loop through electromagnetic induction, allowing the receiver itself to remain extremely small and unobtrusive.
Important Audio Characteristics - Please Read Before Purchase
This is a miniature inductive communication earpiece, not a conventional Bluetooth stereo music earphone. Because of its extremely small receiver and inductive audio design, its sound characteristics are different from standard Bluetooth or full-size earphones.
1. The earpiece is designed primarily for speech, phone calls, voice prompts, and communication rather than high-fidelity music playback.
2. The perceived listening volume may be lower than that of conventional full-size or Bluetooth in-ear earphones.
3. A faint background sound or low-level noise may be noticeable, especially in very quiet environments or when no voice/audio signal is present.
4. Sound level and clarity may vary depending on earpiece position, ear fit, induction-loop placement, mobile-device volume, adapter compatibility, and nearby electrical interference.
5. If you require loud volume, strong bass, stereo sound, or high-fidelity music performance, this miniature earpiece may not be suitable for your needs.

How to Use
1. Open the battery compartment and install a fresh SR416SW/337 battery with the correct polarity. Make sure the battery and battery cover are properly seated.
2. Gently place the miniature earpiece into the ear canal and adjust its position for the clearest sound.
3. Wear the induction loop around your neck and keep it reasonably close to the earpiece.
4. Connect the induction loop directly to a compatible 3.5 mm audio device, or use the included Lightning-to-3.5 mm or USB-C-to-3.5 mm adapter when required.
5. Start a phone call or play voice audio and adjust the volume on your mobile device to a comfortable level.

Connection and Compatibility
The included induction loop uses a 3.5 mm audio connection. For audio plus microphone/call functionality through a 3.5 mm connection, use a compatible CTIA/AHJ 4-pole TRRS audio jack. A 3-pole TRS connection may support audio only.
For phones without a 3.5 mm audio jack, the package includes one Lightning-to-3.5 mm adapter and one USB-C-to-3.5 mm adapter. Compatibility may vary depending on the phone model, operating system, adapter connection, and device settings.
If there is no sound, low volume, or the microphone/call function does not work as expected, first check the adapter connection, phone settings, volume level, battery condition, and earpiece position before determining that the product is defective.

Important Notes
1. This product uses a miniature magnetic inductive receiver and is intended primarily for voice communication. Its volume, frequency response, and overall audio performance should not be compared directly with conventional Bluetooth stereo music earphones or full-size headsets.

2. A faint background sound or low-level noise may be noticeable during use, particularly in very quiet environments or when no voice/audio signal is present. This is a characteristic of the miniature inductive design and may be more noticeable to some users than others.

3. Nearby electrical equipment may increase audible interference. For best performance, keep the induction loop close to the earpiece and keep the system away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as computers, speakers, televisions, fluorescent lighting, power adapters, refrigerators, and other electrical equipment.

4. The perceived listening volume may be lower than that of conventional full-size or Bluetooth in-ear earphones. Correct earpiece positioning, loop placement, source-device volume, and adapter connection can affect the volume and clarity.

5. If the earpiece produces no sound or intermittent sound, check the battery orientation and condition, battery-cover/contact position, induction-loop connection, adapter connection, mobile-device settings, and volume level before troubleshooting further.
